 Below
is a list of some of our activities which are
not included in the Average Agent’s ordinary
job.
For example, we deal with selling heavily damaged
pleasure boats, when the ship owners decide to
abandon them in agreement with their Insurers.
Other examples are when goods, which have been
loaded in bulk, get wet. When this occurs they
need to be separated, selected, ventilated, recycled
or sold in different markets. Large amounts of
cargo have been sold due to fire or because they
have run aground or other damage has been caused.
Cargo and ships are often seized due to claims
following damage or shortage.
Private negotiations, settlements, transactions
and other legal routes have been pursued in order
to conclude assistance, rescue and re-floating
claims.
